Who these terms are between

Ratidza is operated by Helion Minds Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16663268). These terms govern your use of the Ratidza website and platform. They are separate from any agreement you enter into with another customer or provider for actual work.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to register or use an account. If you represent a company or another organisation, you must have authority to act for it. Keep your account details accurate and your credentials secure. Notify us at enquiries@ratidza.work if you suspect unauthorised use.

An account holder may be a customer on one project and a provider on another, subject to the permissions for each project. We may restrict or close accounts that are ineligible, fraudulent or used in breach of these terms, taking account of applicable legal requirements.

What Ratidza does, and does not do

Ratidza helps people describe work, coordinate invitations and participation, prepare and compare proposals, share supporting information, and record decisions and outcomes. Features may change during beta or be unavailable for some projects.

Ratidza is not the party carrying out the work. We are not a contractor, employer, escrow service, payment processor, legal adviser or guarantor of a provider's work. A listing, invitation, submitted reference, proposal or profile is not a warranty or endorsement from Ratidza. Verification records, where present, relate only to the stated scope of the check.

Projects, proposals and agreements for work

Customers are responsible for describing projects accurately, checking proposals, assessing suitability and entering into their own agreements before commissioning work. Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their identity, capabilities, prices, assumptions, schedules and evidence.

Ratidza does not currently arrange, hold or transfer payments between customers and providers. Any price, contract, payment, delivery obligation, warranty or dispute concerning the work is between the relevant parties, unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.

Responsible use and evidence

• Provide truthful, relevant information. Do not impersonate people or businesses, falsify qualifications or fabricate references and evidence.
• Respect the confidentiality, intellectual-property rights and privacy of others. Do not upload sensitive identity documents, personal references or confidential information without a lawful basis and appropriate permissions.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, send malware, scrape private data or use the platform for unlawful activity.
• Do not spam project participants or use contact information obtained on Ratidza for unrelated marketing.

Your materials and feedback

You keep any rights you have in descriptions, proposals and other materials you submit. You give Ratidza a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce and display those materials to the extent needed to provide the service, share them with authorised participants, maintain evidence or decision records and meet legal obligations. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit them.

You may share feedback voluntarily. We may use suggestions to improve Ratidza without paying compensation, but we will not treat your private project documents as public testimonials without an appropriate basis.

Free beta, availability and account restrictions

Access to Ratidza is currently free during beta. We will not introduce charges for existing use without providing clear information and requiring any agreement needed before a paid service begins.

The beta may contain errors, interruptions or incomplete features. We may suspend access to investigate security problems, misuse or legal requirements. Where reasonable, we will explain material restrictions and provide a route to contact us.

Responsibility and legal rights

You are responsible for independently checking providers, quotations, permits, property rights and suitability before making commitments. Our research content is general information, not legal, engineering or financial advice.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded. We do not make guarantees about uninterrupted availability or the performance of independent providers. Any enforceable limitation of our liability must be consistent with applicable consumer law.

Changes, disputes and governing law

We may update these terms as the service develops. We will make material changes clear and give notice where required. Continued use after a change takes effect may be subject to your agreement where the law requires it.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory rights and protections that apply to users in other jurisdictions. Contact enquiries@ratidza.work first if you have a concern about the platform. This does not remove any right you have to use a court, regulator or other lawful remedy.
